Wealthsimple

Wealthsimple supports email alerts for both Cash accounts. Follow this guide to set up automatic transaction syncing with Skwad.

Enable Email Alerts

Wealthsimple Cash

  1. Update your Wealthsimple notification settings through the Wealthsimple app or on web
  2. Go to SettingsNotifications
  3. Enable the following alerts:
    • Withdrawals
    • Deposits
  4. Make sure Email is selected as the notification method

Forward to Skwad

Once email alerts are enabled, you'll receive notifications from [email protected].

Now set up forwarding to send these alerts to your Skwad scan email address:

Troubleshooting

Not receiving email alerts

Check that:

  1. Email notifications are enabled in Wealthsimple app settings
  2. Your email address is verified in Wealthsimple
  3. Check your spam folder for alerts

Transactions not appearing in Skwad

  1. Verify your forwarding rule is set up correctly
  2. Make sure you're forwarding emails from [email protected]
  3. Test by making a small transaction and checking if the alert arrives in Skwad
