Switching from App Store to web billing

If you started your Skwad subscription through the App Store, you can switch to web billing to take advantage of discounts and promotions that are only available on web plans.

Why switch?​

  • Discounts and promos — promotional pricing and discount codes only apply to web billing
  • More control — manage your subscription directly through Skwad settings

How to switch​

If you're on a free trial​

  1. Cancel your App Store trial:
    • Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
    • Tap your name at the top
    • Tap Subscriptions
    • Find and tap Skwad
    • Tap Cancel Subscription
  2. Email [email protected] and let us know you'd like to switch to web billing

If you have an active subscription​

Contact us before your current subscription period is close to expiring so we can time the switch smoothly. Message [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

Apple Sign-In accounts​

If you signed up with Apple, make sure you use the exact email address tied to your Skwad account. Apple's "Hide My Email" feature creates a private relay address — if you used that, you'll need to provide it.

To find your address:

  1. Open the Skwad app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Your email address is shown at the top of the page — copy it exactly as shown
