Welcome to the Skwad Affiliate Program! We are excited to have you as a partner. By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following policy and marketing consent:

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the Skwad Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, or social media presence with a minimum audience size of 20,000 followers or subscribers. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Promotion: As an affiliate, you are encouraged to promote Skwad on your website, blog, or social media channels. You may use the provided marketing materials, such as banners, text links, and product descriptions, to drive traffic to the Skwad website. However, you must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, such as spam or false advertising.

3. Referral Tracking: Each affiliate will be provided with a unique referral link to track the traffic and signups generated from their promotional efforts. It is your responsibility to ensure that the referral link is properly implemented and not manipulated in any way.

4. Payout: For each user who signs up for a paid Skwad account using your unique referral link, you will earn a $20 commission. Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis, provided that your account balance reaches a minimum of $100. Skwad reserves the right to modify the commission structure or payout threshold at any time, with prior notice to affiliates.

5. Marketing Consent: By participating in the Skwad Affiliate Program, you grant Skwad permission to use your name, website URL, and promotional materials in our marketing efforts. This may include featuring your website or social media profiles on the Skwad website, blog, or social media channels. If you wish to opt-out of this marketing consent, please contact us in writing.

6. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to Skwad, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, remain the property of Skwad. As an affiliate, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Skwad's marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Skwad. Any misuse or unauthorized modification of Skwad's intellectual property may result in the termination of your affiliate account.

7. Termination: Skwad reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. If your account is terminated due to a violation of this policy or any applicable laws and regulations, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

8. Modifications: Skwad may modify this Affiliate Program Policy and Marketing Consent at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure compliance with any updates.
