Uploading Receipts
Upload your restaurant or grocery receipts to extract and categorize each line item. Use splits to break down receipts into individual items.
Uploading Statements
Upload credit card or bank statements to extract account and transaction details. Review extracted items by filtering for recently added transactions using search.
Pulling transactions works best for statements with a single account. If your bank combines multiple accounts in a single pdf, try to split these up by account. The easiest way to do this is by printing specific pages to pdf.
If you're uploading a statement for an existing account, make sure that it has the correct last 4 (the same as the statement). This helps Skwad connect the new transactions to the correct account automatically.
Auto-Delete
For your privacy, Skwad automatically deletes all uploaded files after 24 hours. This includes all scanned emails (& email attachments), file imports, receipts, and statements.
Your transactions, file attachments, and other extracted data aren't affected when Skwad deletes uploaded files.
