Thank you for helping spread the word about Skwad! Our referral program is a great way to earn rewards when introducing new users to our platform. Here are the key details you should know:

Eligible Referrals

• You must be an active, paying Skwad subscriber with a good standing account (i.e., not past due) to be eligible for referral rewards.
• Referrals only apply to new Skwad users who have never previously signed up for the service or held an account.
• The new user must complete the Skwad free trial period and become a paying subscriber for you to be eligible for referral rewards.
• Referred paid members must maintain their subscription for at least 30 consecutive days from their first paid billing cycle.
• Referrals must be initiated by sharing your unique referral link, which is provided in the Skwad app. Referrals sent without this official link do not qualify.
• Family members, household members, or other users sharing the same payment method do not count towards your referrals.
• Self-referrals, fake accounts, or referrals to accounts you control are strictly prohibited.

Referral Rewards

• You will receive a $30 account credit when a new user signs up using your referral link, completes their free trial, and becomes a paying Skwad subscriber for at least 30 days.
• Account credits will be automatically applied to your Skwad account and will appear as a credit on your next billing statement.
• Credits can be used toward any Skwad subscription plan or service charges.
• Referral credits will be processed and applied to your account within 45 days after the referred user completes their 30-day paid subscription requirement.
• If your referral credits aren't reflected in your billing portal after 45 days, please contact our support team at [email protected].

Referral Limits and Restrictions

• There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals you can make or credits you can earn.
• Referral credits do not expire and will remain on your account until used.
• Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or converted to cash.
• Credits will be applied automatically to future billing cycles and cannot be requested as refunds.
• Mass distribution of referral links through spam, unsolicited communications, or automated systems is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of rewards and account termination:

• Creating fake accounts or using false information to generate referrals
• Self-referrals or referring accounts you control or have access to
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to generate referrals
• Engaging in spam, unsolicited messaging, or other deceptive practices
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your referral activities
• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the referral system
• Coordinating with others to create fraudulent referrals

Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility Verification

• Skwad reserves the right to review, investigate, and verify all referral activities and reward eligibility.
• We may request additional information or documentation to verify legitimate referrals.
• Skwad may delay or withhold rewards pending investigation of suspicious activity.

Reward Forfeiture

• Skwad reserves the right to deny, withhold, or reclaim referral rewards in cases of:
  • Fraud, abuse, or violation of this policy
  • Violation of Skwad's Terms of Service
  • Suspicious or unusual referral patterns
  • Technical errors or system manipulation
• If fraudulent activity is detected, all associated rewards may be forfeited and accounts may be terminated.

Program Modifications and Termination

• Skwad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
• Changes to reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or program terms may be made at Skwad's sole discretion.
• Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications when possible.
• Skwad may discontinue the program for new referrals while honoring existing eligible rewards.

Limitation of Liability

• Skwad's liability for the referral program is limited to the payment of earned referral credits.
• Skwad is not responsible for:
  • Technical issues preventing referral link functionality
  • Third-party actions affecting referral completion
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Disputes between referrers and referred users
• The referral program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
