Skwad Referral Program Policy

Thank you for helping spread the word about Skwad! Our referral program is a great way to earn rewards when introducing new users to our platform. Here are the key details you should know:

Eligible Referrals

  • You must be an active, paying Skwad subscriber with a good standing account (i.e. not past due) to be eligible for referral rewards.
  • Referrals only apply to new Skwad users who have yet to sign up for the service previously.
  • The new user must complete the Skwad free trial period and become a paying subscriber for you to be eligible for referral rewards.
  • Referrals must be initiated by sharing your unique referral link, which is provided in the Skwad app. Referrals sent without this link do not qualify.
  • Companions or other members of your Skwad don't count towards your referrals.

Referral Rewards

  • You will receive the applicable referral reward when a new user signs up using your referral link and becomes a paying Skwad subscriber.
  • The current referral reward is three months of Skwad DIY. Referral rewards will be automatically applied to your account within a month. If your rewards aren't reflected in your billing portal after a month, reach out to our support team.

Policy Updates

  • Skwad reserves the right to update this referral policy anytime, including changes to the referral reward structure.
  • We will provide advance notice of any material changes to the policy via email and in-app notifications.

Reward Eligibility

  • Skwad reserves the right to review and verify referral eligibility. We may refuse to provide rewards in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.
  • Skwad's decisions regarding reward eligibility are final.
